They even helped coordinate where everyone should walk, and my family was so impressed—they genuinely thought we had hired a day-of coordinator because of how smooth and organized everything felt.

As a couple planning from Maryland, we really leaned on her local expertise—she guided us through logistics like parking, park restrictions, and other Tahoe-specific questions with ease.

We first met Hannah while she was coordinating a rehearsal dinner at one of our favorite local outdoor bars in Tahoe. Her tablescape design was so stunning that we immediately asked if she did weddings, and it turns out that was one of the best decisions we made! When searching for a coordinator, I wanted someone who could help create a fresh, fun, and modern wedding—not overly traditional. Hannah’s style matched that vision perfectly.

From the very beginning, Hannah exceeded our expectations. Although we only hired her for day-of coordination, she started working with us six months out, and her input throughout the process was invaluable. One of the standout qualities that sets her apart is her ability to easily handle last-minute changes. After consulting with our photographer about the sunset over the mountains four days before the wedding, we decided to extend the cocktail hour by 20 minutes so our guests could enjoy the beautiful view. Hannah seamlessly coordinated this adjustment with all of our vendors, ensuring everyone knew the new timeline.

On the wedding day, she worked closely with our photographer, DJ, and the venue to ensure everything went according to plan. I didn’t have to answer a single question about logistics on the day.

When things did go wrong—like when the venue set up the tables incorrectly for both the reception and after-party—Hannah immediately stepped in, fixing everything to match the vision we had worked so hard to create. She managed multiple transitions between locations (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing) and even handled last-minute requests from my husband until midnight.

So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran, and it’s truly all thanks to Hannah and her team at Reverie Picnics. Her creative eye, calm demeanor, exceptional coordination skills and just general good vibes made our wedding day everything we dreamed of. Hannah is amazing!! We initially planned a large wedding for the end of September but ultimately decided to refocus on us and went for a much smaller intimate wedding with a beautiful lunch reception.
